Prayer to St Expeditus
Saint Expeditus, martyr, you are pictured crushing a crow that croaks cras — tomorrow — while you hold a cross that says hodie: today. My matter is urgent, and I am tired of waiting, but what I ask first is this: kill the tomorrow in me. Obtain for me from God a swift resolution of my need, and the grace to do today what I have been postponing for years. Amen.
