Crux sacra sit mihi lux
May the holy Cross be my light! Let not the dragon be my guide! Begone, Satan! Never tempt me with your vanities! What you offer me is evil. Drink the poison yourself! Cross of our holy Father Benedict. May the Cross be my light; may the dragon never be my guide. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
