O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of your mercy.
When this prayer is prayed
After each decade of the Rosary, following the Glory Be. Taught to the three shepherd children at Fátima by Our Lady on 13 July 1917 — the only prayer in the Rosary given in the twentieth century.
